Wholesale Guidelines

Shop Verification:

Prior to ordering, provide your store information (buyer name, shop name, email, and tax ID) in the contact field below. Once your shop has been verified, a personalized discount code will be sent to the provided email. This code is not to be shared or used by any unauthorized buyers. Slice of Life Ceramics reserves the rights to terminate any discount code if violations of terms and conditions occur. 

Discount / Payment Terms:

Buyers will receive a wholesale discount of 50% on all pieces. First time buyers must meet a minimum total of $500 Retail / Wholesale $250, to receive the wholesale discount. A minimum total of $400 Retail / Wholesale $200, is required for all returning buyers. The wholesale discount is for retail purposes only.

Shipping:

Cost of shipping will be calculated based on the weight of the package and invoiced to the provided email. Free shipping will be given at check out but orders will not be sent out until the separate shipping invoice has been paid. Because pieces are made to order, please allow 4 - 8 weeks for your order to be processed. 

Shipment Insurance:

Insurance can be added to any order upon request. Email us at andykceramics@gmail.com for estimated insurance cost

Zip Code Protection:

Zip Code protection is provided to all retailers for 90 days after each order.

Slight variations may occur due to all pieces being handmade, but the occurrences aren't seen as flaws but as a symbol to its handmade nature.
